This program is a MUST buy for any techs, with or without work experience. The videos are great and informative, and everything is in bullet point and highlighted, which makes studying so much more fun and easy compared to relying on the manual handbook. I really enjoyed the videos and accompaining lesson plans. This was a great companion with reading the chapters in HSPA 9th. Helped hearing it repeating in a condensed version and the study cheat sheets were a great review before taking my test. I passed! :)
