Never received the order

Im sorry, I haven’t received the order yet. It says it’s fulfilled but USPS haven’t received the package yet, the status says waiting, I’ve been waiting for a month now. When I receive the package I would like to come back and update you about it .

Once notified I immediately sent a replacement via UPS 2nd day air which has been received. It's unfortunate the post office lost the package and that I wasn't notified by you for quite some time that you never received the package. Now that the issue was rapidly fixed, I would love a review update if you would be so kind. Thank you.
